CBN
Community Builders Network or “CBN” is a 501(c)(3) non-profit youth and adult community-base prevention coalition in partnership with the Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board Prevention Services. We intend to reduce the impact of identified risk factors by creating and sustaining youth and adult partnerships. Since 1999, CBN has been dedicated to building informed and skillful communities through the engagement of youth leaders and grassroots organizations to support the healthy development of children, youth, and families.

Community Builders Network values prevention and early intervention strategies that can reduce the impact of substance use and mental challenges in our communities. CBN’s prevention and early intervention efforts promote evidence-based decision-making to develop comprehensive youth and adult members of our community.
